We're hiring commission-only sales reps in the United States to grow Apym with SMBs and local service businesses. You earn a commission on the subscriptions you close.

No base salary: you earn a percentage of the revenue you generate, agreed with you upfront. Commission rates are not listed on this page.

  • Sales Representative — SMB outbound

    United States — remoteCommission on closed subscriptions

    You prospect US small businesses (contractors, clinics, agencies, local services) and sell Apym's AI phone answering. Self-driven, strong on cold outreach and demos. Paid on commission for closed subscriptions.

    Requirements to apply

    • 2+ years B2B outbound or inside sales with SMBs
    • Comfortable running cold calls, emails, and product demos
    • Independent contractor or 1099-ready

  • Account Executive — partnerships & channels

    United States — remoteRecurring commission on sourced MRR

    You open indirect channels (associations, agencies, reseller networks) to bring Apym to SMBs. Great fit if you already have a B2B SMB network. Recurring commission on MRR from accounts you source.

    Requirements to apply

    • Existing SMB or association network in the US
    • Experience opening indirect or channel partnerships
    • Able to introduce Apym and track sourced accounts
