Terms of Service

Seller: Dream Reality Technologies SASU, SASU (registration pending), with share capital To be allocated, trade register (RCS) Registration in progress, SIRET Pending assignment, registered office: Registered office to be confirmed.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern subscriptions to Apym, an AI voice assistant for small and medium businesses, available at apym.io. By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service and pricing (USD, excl. tax)

  • Starter: $89/mo — 400 min/month included
  • Pro: $199/mo — 1000 min/month included
  • Business: $499/mo — 2500 min/month included
  • Enterprise: custom pricing on request for higher volumes or integrations.

Prices exclude tax. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

Add-ons:

  • US phone number (+1) — $4/mo: local (your area code) or national standard number provided by Apym via Telnyx for your website and Google Business Profile.
  • French phone number (+33) — available on French-market subscriptions (EUR billing): French number provided by Apym via Telnyx. Assignment requires account-level regulatory verification (company registration, representative ID, proof of address) as required by our telecom operator and applicable regulations.
  • Assisted setup — $169 one-time fee: hands-on help configuring your workspace, assistant, and Apym phone number.

Self-service setup through your customer portal is included in every plan at no extra charge.

Pro — caller data: import order or ticket records or connect a live HTTPS API you host so the assistant can greet known callers with status updates. You remain responsible for data about your customers and for securing your API; Apym processes it only to run the service (see our Privacy Policy).

Business — integrations: optional Slack connection (call recaps to a channel you choose), HubSpot CRM sync (beta — contacts, notes, and deals after calls). You authorize each integration via OAuth or dashboard settings and remain responsible for data sent to third-party tools and for complying with their terms.

3. Term and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No long-term lock-in.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by card via Stripe. Invoices are available on request. Failed payments may result in service suspension after notice.

5. Overage (pay-as-you-go)

Minutes beyond your plan: $0.19/min (Starter & Pro), $0.16/min (Business), billed on the next cycle. Enable pay-as-you-go explicitly in your dashboard. Email and dashboard alerts at 20% and 10% of remaining minutes.

  • Without pay-as-you-go enabled, the assistant pauses when included minutes are exhausted.
  • On cancellation, any outstanding overage balance is charged immediately.

6. Acceptable use

You must use Apymlawfully and configure call greetings to disclose that calls are recorded and handled by a voice assistant where required. You remain responsible for your callers' data and for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support channels and response times depend on your plan (email on Starter, priority email on Pro, priority SLA on Business). There is no in-app live chat — contact us by email.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Reality Technologies SASU's liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from missed calls.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Courts of the seller's registered office have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
