The assistant can transfer the live call to a number you choose (callback number in Setup). Enable it under Settings → Call transfer (Pro or above). Transfer time counts toward your included minutes.
Yes, on Pro. Import caller records or connect a live HTTPS API in your dashboard. The assistant can greet known callers by name with optional verification before sensitive details.
