2. Scope
These terms cover Apym's services: designing showcase websites and landing pages, redesigning existing websites, maintenance, and creating ads with AI (short videos and image ads). Apym does not build online shops, web apps or large-scale websites.
3. Quotes and orders
Every project gets a tailored quote after an initial conversation. An order becomes binding once the client accepts the quote in writing.
4. How a project runs
After the initial conversations, Apym prepares a quote. Once the quote is accepted and the deposit paid, work begins: Apym shares a live online preview of the site. The client asks for any changes, then approves the site before it goes live on the client's domain. For ads, Apym shares a first set of angles; the client asks for any changes, then approves the ads before they are delivered in the formats set out in the quote.
5. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included after the site is delivered. Any further changes or additional work are quoted separately.
6. Domain name and hosting
The domain name and hosting are purchased, paid for and owned by the client, in the client's name, with the provider of their choice. Apym does not resell them, but can handle their technical setup.
7. Maintenance plan
The maintenance plan is optional and has no lock-in. It covers updates, security, backups, uptime monitoring and one small change a month (which does not roll over). Billing options: monthly, quarterly (5% off), six-monthly (one month free) or annual (two months free). The plan is paid in advance for the chosen period and renews at the end of it; it can be cancelled at any time by email, taking effect at the end of the current period. Work beyond one small change is quoted separately.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are those stated in the accepted quote. For all services (websites and ads), a 50% deposit is due before work begins and the remaining 50% on delivery. Payment deadlines are set out in the quote. VAT details: in progress.
9. Ownership
Once the build is paid in full, the client owns the delivered website and its bespoke content; once the ads are paid in full, the client may freely use and run the delivered videos and images. Apym may list the project among its references unless the client objects.
10. Liability
The client supplies the website's text, images and information and confirms they hold the rights to them. Apym is bound by a best-efforts obligation.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any action. Consumer mediator (for consumer clients) and competent court: in progress.
