In short
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising tools. Only a language preference cookie may be set (see below). It runs cookieless audience and performance measurement (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights), which you can opt out of at any time. The only form is the one on the contact page.
Language cookie
When you pick a language with the language switcher, a lang cookie (value “fr” or “en”) is set to remember your choice for 1 year. It is strictly functional, is not used for any tracking and does not require consent. You can delete it at any time in your browser.

What we collect
The only personal data we handle is what you send us by email or through the contact form: name, email address, company, website (optional) and your message. The form delivers it straight to our bonjour@apym.io inbox; nothing is stored in any website database. We use it solely to reply to you and to manage any work we do together (quotes, building and maintaining your site).
Legal basis and retention
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your enquiries, or to perform a contract once you become a client. We keep it for as long as our conversation requires, and for no more than 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (invoices, for example).
Audience and performance measurement
Tools: Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, provided by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States), acting as our processor.
Purpose: to make the site faster in each country and on each device, and to know where it performs best.
Data: aggregated, anonymised data only: pages viewed, referring page, country, device type, browser, operating system and performance metrics (load time, Core Web Vitals). No cookies are set, nothing is stored on your device by these tools, and no data can identify you: Vercel derives a temporary visit identifier from a hash of the request, which resets every 24 hours and is not kept.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site's performance (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: aggregated statistics are kept by Vercel for the retention period of the plan (around 12 months at most).
Right to object: you can object at any time with the "Opt out" button in the banner, or here: . Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage), not in a cookie.
International transfers: Vercel Inc. is based in the United States and certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; transfers rely on that adequacy decision and, failing that, on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Who sees it
We never sell or share your data. Only Apym and its technical providers (Vercel for website hosting and measurement, Spacemail for email) can access it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise any of these rights, email bonjour@apym.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
